I am ELaine Barnes and I am very excited about doing busness in Roland as The Roland Lunchbox!
I am originally from North Dakota and owned and operated two restaurant/catering businesses. I also worked at ISU in the catering department when I first moved to Iowa. Over the past few years I have been doing some catering for friends around the area. Word spreads quickly and with the encouragement of some new friends in Roland, I decided to embark on this adventure! I am proud to be a part of the new Roland Community Center and look forward to providing the area with my best!
